Michael McKenna founded Weichert, Realtors—New Colony in February 2007, as part of the Weichert Real Estate Affiliates Inc. franchise. This linked New Colony Realtors, founded by McKenna in October of 2004, to one of the nation’s largest private providers of real estate services. Michael always wants what is best for his agents and his customers, and the resources provided by Weichert help him to provide the service of yesterday with the technology of today.

Michael grew up in Burtonsville, Md., and now resides in Columbia, Md. He graduated from Frostburg State University in 1999 with a bachelor of science degree in Health & Physical Science with a minor in Business Management.
Michael enjoys golfing, biking and spending time with family. He donates to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, supports and sponsors The Columbia Home Tours, and donates time and resources to Toys for Tots.
Michael is a member of the Howard County Association of Realtors®, HCAR, MAR, NAR, and Howard County Chamber of Commerce. He is president of the Mid-Atlantic Broker Council, Weichert Real Estate Affiliates. .
